About Me

I am on a mission to Simplify Performance Management one company at a time. I have spent the last 12 years developing and refining my craft. I've worked with companies on both ends of the specturm.  Large organizations with 3 thousand employees and others with 5-10 employees. No matter the opportunity, I can be your Performance Management solution.

I bring my clients a strong and accomplished background in the fields of strategy, growth, and execution. I am recognized globally as a Certified Business Executive Coach and a Master Practitioner in ExO community.

My process keeps the leadership team on-track and provides visible, focused efforts to work together on common goals. My depth and breadth of experience is beneficial in helping to unlock the potential of a company and the communities that it serves. 

I partner with all senior management, as well as department heads, to identify and clarify businesses development needs and objectives. Then, I monitor their progress and the competition to ensure that all goals benchmarks are met; adjusting them as needed. 

I am a Indianapolis Indiana resident and my wife, Carolynn, have raised two children, Izabelle and Athon Dulin. With my family, we enjoy giving back to our local community by volunteering at not-for profit schools, animal shelters, and Veterans Honor flights events. I am an avid runner and fitness minded. I am a big believer in continuous learning and education. I was recently recognized as Volunteer of the Year for a local not-for-profit organization he’s partnered with.
